    Failed to respond to letters asking for work to be completed that should have been done at time job was apparently completed. After found to be faulty, refused to send any receipt for work carried out or goods purchased. Failed to turn up when promised. Caused damage to property and refused to respond to letters even when giving notice of court action. Advised by citizens advice this company are rouge traders.
