• Bathroom damage

  We had a bathroom that was part flooded contacted insurance told me to get quotes from local tradesmen looked at “Check a trade “lots of choice did not know who do go for picked out C.J.Parsons plumbing and heating Colin and son Andrew had good reviews liked the sound of that best thing I have done .Bathroom had been gutted floors,walls ceiling just a big hole we live in a bungalow.Quality of work,advice all top draw I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to any of my friends ,really professional.10 out of 10 for everything.

  I could not recommend Colin and Andy highly enough. Complete professionals, throughout. Exceptional communication, pre job and then spoke through during the work to ensure my wife and I understood and were happy. Giving sound advice but applying no pressure. Job completed to a high standard. Left all clean and tidy. Will definitely be using them again for any future work. 10/10

• Unlocked and fitted new waste pipe toilet.

  Colin and his son were very knowledgeable knew exactly what they were going to do to solve the problem. It took a few weeks to get the right part, but sorted the blockage and everything is now working good. Very pleasant guys. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Job well done.

  I am very happy to recommend Colin and Andrew of CJ Parsons. At their initial visit they diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. On their return they completed the job professionally and thoroughly, were efficient and tidied up after themselves. In addition they were personable, willing to explain things and made sure that I was able to see the test that confirmed a successful repair. I have marked them down on reliability as they missed one scheduled appointment without notice which was inconvenient for us.
