    I approached CJ Property and Maintenance to carry out a velux install on my house refurbishment. Our hall is quite dark due to no windows as the hall is in the centre of our 1950s bungalow. We decided to fit a velux and vault our ceiling just to give us that little extra daylight in the property. They guys attended and talked us through our options and were more than happy to carry out our idea no problem at all. We are so happy with the outcome and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone worrying about having a genuine, honest tradesmen! Thank you again!

    C.J. Roofing installed the Dormer tile cladding, EDPM roof, lead flashing , roof ventilation at the ridge, eaves and tile vents. He also installed the velux roof windows and a sun tunnel. I have already recommended this Company to one of my clients and I am an Architect. I am very happy with their workmanship and overall service.
