Meticulous with a good eye for detail, he was able to locate the junction box for the two way switch swiftly and correct the issue I was facing. He was also very kind enough to find a set of LED lights in the loft that could be used to replace the other faulty ones, saving me time and money. I'd recommend him anytime.
