  From start to finish from coming out to quote and finishing a complete renovation, Charlie and his team were excellent 👌🏻 Excellent communication at every step. The whole team, Charlie, Gary and Kai were extremely friendly and professional. Our neighbours have commented how polite and friendly they all were too. Quality of their work is fantastic, totally transformed our bathroom space and we are over the moon 🤩 We would have NO hesitations in recommending Charlie and his team, you will not regret it!

  Had Charlie and the team back again after the first experience was so good. This time to do a toilet repair and a kitchen sink install. Great communication for Charlie throughout, he came to help on his day off and fixed the world's most problematic toilet. Couldn't ask for more from him.

  Charlie and his team could not do anymore for me, really helpful, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. Charlie came out prior to the works and quote for what needed doing which matched the final quote and was done in the time he stated. The work completed was to a great standard and ended up looking exactly as I envisioned. Would highly recommend.

• Toilet Leak Fix and Damage Assessment

  Our upstairs toilet sprung a leak which needed fixing plus an assessment of any damage caused. Charlie was fantastic and responded very quickly to the initial request. He was very informative even before the job started, and was flexible in seeing us very quickly, arriving in time. The source of the leak was found and fixed. Charlie took us through the issue/what work was done. He also advised on the minor damage to the floor and advised on steps to fix the issue ourselves, which was hugely appreciated. Price was good value and as agreed. Couldn't recommend higher, and will definitely use again.
