    I called out the team after discovering my clay waste pipe under the kitchen sick was leaking. They arrived within a few hours to assess the leak and then booked a time the following week to make the repair. Mac and Steven were excellent and highly professional. They worked hard to find a solution which kept kitchen deconstruction to a minimum and no digging was required! They kept me informed of any additional costs as the work proceded and are helping me with a full report for my insurance company. I am a very happy customer.

    Within a few minutes I received a response to my initial email and an arrangement was made for the drain to be unblocked the next day. It was ideal that they work until 8pm so could call around after I had finished work. On the day I received a call to let me know they were on their way. The job was carried out swiftly and the two workers were very polite.

We are a family run emergency Plumbing and Drainage company specialising in commercial and domestic blockages. Our aim is to attend any call-out within 2 hours. We have specialised equipment capable of performing CCTV Surveys of your drains and drain jetters used to clear manholes - as well as blocked sinks and toilets. We are also here for your plumbing needs if you've sprung a leak or need to upgrade your pipework. We have been operating as our own company for nearly 6 years but have been working in the industry for nearly 10 years. We cover any area of the North-East which is reachable within our call-out window. We also offer service plans at a frequency suitable to our customers. 

All of our staff are fully trained and insured we pride ourselves on not only our customer satisfaction, but also ensuring that any area we work in is restored, clean and tidy once our work is complete. 

Our staff will always keep you informed during any work they undertake for you and nothing will be done without your agreement. There will never be an unpleasant surprise from us.
