• Repointing brickwork and roof repairs

  Rob and his team worked on our Victorian house repairing, re -pointing, and staining the bricks on the front of the building. They also repaired and painted stonework around windows and porch, and painted the window frames. Roof was inspected and several areas of repair to tiles, roof valleys, stonework as well as guttering were identified, photographed for us to look at, and repaired Lastly, they built a new front garden wall. They were helpful, tidy, and courteous throughout the process, and helped us make decisions along the way as to work that was needed. I would highly recommend them!

• Complete renovation of double reception room

  Rob and his team did a fantastic job on my project, completely renovating my double reception room (laying new wooden floor, new plasterboard / plastering, redecorating, rewiring, new radiators, new doors). In addition, they completed some remedial work following installation of new windows throughout my house. A number of issues came up once they got back to the brickwork, but the team dealt with all of these - nothing was too much of a problem, and was dealt with properly. Workmanship was exceptional. I would highly recommend, and will be straight in contact with Rob for my next project.

• Roof replacement

  Another fantastic job done by Rob and his team. We needed a brand new roof on our Georgian terraced house in Brixton after some water ingress problems became evident. Despite the typical spring weather, progress was steady and included replacing the roof from the inside out; new joists and rafters, new central valley, rebuilding of the parapet walls, new coping stones along with re-pointing of the entire house (to make full use of the scaffolding), re-painting of the masonry and a makeover of the main bedroom. A thorough and excellent job. Would highly recommend.

  Work included: chimney stacks, lead flashing on parapet walls, replacing roof tiles, replacing fascia boards, replacing guttering, resin work, repointing, Velux window Throughout the project Rob would always keep me updated on work they had done and took before and after photos. He would seek approval if any additional work was needed. The work carried out has been to a very high standard I appreciated Rob’s attention to detail. His team are trustworthy, polite and was always tidy. They not only respected my property but also that of my neighbours. Would definitely recommend Rob.

• Renovation of three story Victorian property

  Clayford London Ltd have been brilliant over the last 6 months. We have renovated a 3 story property and it has gone so smoothly. We were communicated to on a regular basis and the standard of work was impeccable. Great attention to detail with re-pointing, brick repairs and staining, stonework repairs and painting - our house has been transformed surely adding quite a bit of value. Roof works were carried out to include new lead flashings, re-rendering of parapet walls, re-pointing chimney, guttering, new fascia boards - Rob and his team were a pleasure to work with and would thoroughly recommend.

  I cannot praise Clayford enough. There was great attention to detail; when it was revealed that extra underlying work was needed, it was discussed with me fully. Problems were always identified and solved and never ignored. It was a thorough job. The workmanship (building, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, electrical, plastering, decorating) was of a very high standard. I was guided right from the start of the project into suitable layouts, fixtures, materials etc and felt supported and involved throughout. Without exception, the "team" were an absolute pleasure to have in my home.
