    Paul turned up at the arranged appointment time and gave clear and concise advice on what he was going to do He set about the task of unblocking and cleaning our drains methodically and efficiently explaining the process as he went along Paul was very personable and went out of his way to be helpful during the time he was at our property He then left the drains spotlessly clean after he had checked the with his inspection camera He replaced the drain covers and left the site clean and tidy Paul did a very thorough job on our drains and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services
