    Received a contact call within an hour of the email enquiry, on a Sunday. Engineer visited the next day but did not have the part, which he ordered. Received a call once the part was obtained and a return visit, which was not charged for, was made the following day. Part fitted and machine tested. Very satisfied and certainly recommend them
