• Garden re-model, drainage and paving

  We engaged Clearview to rework our often-waterlogged odd shaped rear garden after having an extension on the back of the house. Only keeping a few small established trees, they removed everything else, installed a soakaway, drainage, raised beds, gravel area, porcelain paving and a new lawn. Also repaved the area at the side of the hose using 3x2 for a shed. Everything was done efficiently. Any changes we wanted to make along the way, as things developed were dealt with professionally. We haven’t had any drainage issues since, even with the rain this year.

• Paving, Resurfacing and Walling Work.

  After the completion of our main build, we needed our tarmac driveway to be tied in with the revised layout around our front door and pathways to the rear of the house to be blended in with the existing paving. There was no easy solution and it was a quite a complicated set of works that needed to be done, involving significant amounts of both surfacing and retaining walls. Although we had some thoughts on how the work might look, Luke came up with some really good ideas on the best way forward.   Before the job was started, they gave great advice about the finish to choose and the layout. The job was slightly delayed because of the weather (can’t put resin down when it’s raining) but otherwise was completed as expected. They were very considerate and courteous and completely tidied up when they had finished.

  From the outset there was a real focus on understanding what we wanted from the project. This was replayed back with options pros and cons in easy terms which meant a result I’m thrilled with. Following the plan (clearly drawn out for us to review) was an energetic execution with huge attention to quality. When obstacles cropped up like they do in any project the team gave options again and kindly absorbed cost that was no fault of theirs. I couldn’t be happier, privacy noise levels and looks from outside and inside our house are fantastic. People stop us and compliment our fence! Imagine!
