  Charlie and the team were excellent! I was very happy with the initial investigation of the boiler issue and the subsequent advice we received. We decided to have a new boiler fitted rather than fix the old leaking one. Charlie arranged to come the following day to install the new boiler and all work carried out was first-class. Highly recommended.

  Charlie provided a detailed quote and clarified any questions pre-work. Team were on-time, polite and courteous, highly professional and worked meticulously throughout the job. They also went above and beyond when encountering a couple of other 'non-scoped' issues and looked to resolve. Work was completed in a tidily manner and cleaned up before left. Would highly recommend.

  Called at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening following Cadent advising gas leak to boiler and disconnection of all gas, appointment made for the following afternoon, Charlie arrived at 1.30pm and advised boiler beyond repair. He recommended a new boiler and quoted a competitive price. He had a busy schedule over the next week but kindly offered to come after he finished his last job on Monday evening so that we weren't left without heating and hot water any longer. He arrived as promised and replaced boiler. A great, efficient, friendly and value for money service. Highly recommended.

  Charlie and his staff provided an A* service in replacing our ageing boiler, including the awkward and dirty job of removing all our old tanks and now redundant plumbing. Professional, expert, courteous and tidy - they were a pleasure to have in our home. They were also able to fit our work in at short notice after we were let down by another firm. Recommended unreservedly.
