  • Roof tile extraction fitted

    I spoke to someone on the phone and was quoted £100 to come and supply and fit a grey extraction tile to the roof. I was even asked on the phone what colour and I requested grey to match the rest. This was agreed over the phone to visit and fit the tile as per the conversation agreed! Happy days! I was then visited and told the job would be £180, that's just under double!! And then upon inspection a brown extraction tile was fitted. I Was told to pay to a personal account and have had no invoice provided. Tried to raise directly and was called a liar! Poor customer service tbh!
