John sorted all the building regulations, sign off and appropriate trades necessary and made the whole process as seamless as possible. He was flexible and adaptable where necessary and assisted with additional work required outside of scope. Overall he was a really good person to talk to with a pragmatic solution. There couldn't have been less stress.
