Cloud 9 was recommended to us by a friend, so I gave them a call. I got a quotation which was very reasonable and booked an appointment to have the window replaced. Two guys came on time who were very professional, made the job seem easy (it wasn’t, as this was an upstairs window over a sloping garage roof) and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Great job, friendly people and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself and to recommend them
