    Charlie was v. Easy to deal with, free quote, suggested and implemented proposed solution. Arrived on time and date agreed. Only time will tell, but no reason to think the leak has not been fixed.

    Charlie responded politely to my call and he was friendly voice in a crisis. He quickly organised Michael to turn up next day to unblock Drain. Michael did turn up on time and encountered some extra difficulty with a further blockage but he methodically worked it all out.

He was able to come next day, turned up on time, fully investigated the problem and cleared out the blockage as well using cameras to find the cause, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He is very friendly and polite. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or calling him if I need any further work doing in the future.
