Super friendly, careful about the property and my over-inquisitive cat and regularly checked in to ask questions when necessary before doing anything that might need my input. Perfect. Equally, they were extremely quick, in and out in an hour and a bit, which was ideal given that I work from home. They were also able to attend the job over 3 hours earlier than expected, which is a rarity in my past experiences, and I was promptly updated in the morning that this was possible.

Two days later he called to say it had arrived and could he fit it. He made an appointment fited it, all done without any issues, we are very pleased and would certainly use them again.
