They clearly have great pride in their work and we are delighted with the transformation from what was an overgrown mess into a lovely and functional outdoor space that we will enjoy for many years to come. • Extending patio and path refurbishment with resin bound.

  This is the 3rd time we have used Colt Landscapes, the first time being for new paths and patio, also some new turf in various areas of the garden. This recent work was for enlargement of our patio and drive refurbishment. We are confident in recommending Col and his team, Sean and Tom. The preparation and finish of their work is first class with no problem being too big or small. We are delighted with the end result and will use them again without hesitation.

• Re-design of a part patio area to remove old inappropriate planting, and prepare area for a hot tub.

  A large conifer and other planting had to be removed, and the area thoroughly prepared for new paving, new recessed manhole and reinforced foundations to make area suitable for a hot tub. Brickwork and fencing needed cleaning and refreshing. Particular care was needed with respect to levels and water run-off. Col and the team are thoughtful and considerate and always prepared to make useful suggestions as the work progressed. They are tidy and minimise disruption to daily life. Work completed on time despite poor weather.

  Col and his team did a great job (design and execution) with a minimum of fuss and disruption. He was easy to work with because he is thoughtful and experienced and always ready to discuss options as the work progressed. Deliveries of bulk materials were always well managed with due attention given to handling and access issues. I am happy to recommend Col and his company and would readily use their services again.

• Complete garden re-design and execution

  Col and his faithful team of Shaun, Tom and Craig drained and filled in the existing pond, sited and dug out a new pond creating a little stream and waterfall, surrounded with feature rocks and pebbles. They erected new fencing along one boundary, and sturdy trellis above the back wall. They created a new sloping path with rendered walls to achieve step-free access to the lower part of the garden. They sited new paths, flower beds, and turfed areas The standard of work was excellent, and we are delighted with the finished result.
