The Colt engineer arrived as scheduled and after initial chat re what was required commenced his work . This involved repositioning sensors and PIRs to suit our reconfigured ground floor . Cannot fault the engineer nor the Company as they have always been helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend the company for residential security systems.

Reset home alarm

Our home alarm system was not working correctly , as there was a tamper fault. I called Colt Systems on a Bank Holiday and their engineer called within half hour.The fault was rectified very quickly and efficiently

Had a problem with a sensor on our patio door .Reported 9.30 am phil the engineer arrived just after 2 with the replacement part which he quickly and efficiently fitted . Been with colts for 30 years now never had a problem with them always found them reliable courteous and efficient
