Quick response to urgent request about a flood from our gas boiler
10Verified ReviewComfy Plumbing and Heating were recommended by our next door neighbour. They came the next day in response to a phone call. They cleaned the boiler of water and restarted it. They could not find the source of the water flood. We later found it was rainwater from blocked downpipe that flowed back along the condensate pipe. This pipe was, wrongly, fitted directly to the downpipe, with no external air block, as recommended. We have requested this company to service the boiler and fit the condensate pipe correctly.

10Verified ReviewMy carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night, called the emergency gas engineer who came out within the hour and nothing was detected, so called the estate agents (Vanderpumps) this morning (as private rent) and they sent out their own gas engineer called Bill (Bill Comfy heating and Plumbing) and he was absolutely amazing. Was very professional, polite and friendly, let me watch him do the appropriate tests and still no carbon monoxide detected, so he put the boiler on and double checked it all again. Would highly recommend Bill ????
