    Came as arranged and phoned to say they were on their way. Serviced the system and tested thoroughly. Explained about the system and also offered advice about upgrading and the benefits of doing so. Chatted about the company setup (turns out they also have an arm that are builders) and how he does security and also electrical work. So happened I had a security light that I needed installing and he offered to do it while they were here. Installed quickly where I wanted it. Very satisfied with all the work carried out.

    Jake and Charlie were both very respectful, courteous and efficient. They got on with the job with the minimum of fuss and just gave me complete confidence that they knew what they were doing. Jake was very responsive to my initial enquiry and has a positive 'can do' attitude. I wish him and Charlie all the best with the new business and I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others. Likewise, this was the first time I have used Checkatrade and I will almost certainly make use of it again for other types of tradesmen.

    Jake was superb from start to finish. His communication was friendly and professional throughout, with Jake listening to our specific needs in regards to where we wanted/didn’t want products. These discussions were supported with his professional opinion too! Jake provided advice on additional electrical jobs in relation to security cameras too. Any intruder/security work will be going through Jake and his team from now on! 100% recommend!
