    Replied the next day to come out and offer a free quote. Good price and within a week was round to replace window panels and rubber seals. Completed the job quickly and without asking even adjusted a front door that was sticking. Overall great service and would recommend

    Front door had dropped on its hinges . John arranged to come out and take a look and try and repair . Unfortunately the old hinges on our upcoming door were past their best but at least we were able to use the door again . Less than 48 hours later (he offered to come back next day but we couldn’t be at home ) new hinges installed and locks and catches all cleaned and door operates easier than it did when we bought the house. Previously repaired our old upvc windows when we bought the property meaning we got an extra few years out of them before having to replace them .

    We had been advised by a house surveyor that our window sealant needed replacing. Complete UPVC Repairs came out and assessed the windows and advised us that our windows and sealant looked to be in good repair and advised on a couple of areas where it might need patching up. We really appreciated the honest advice.

    After going on Checkatrade , I got a call back from John the next day , he came out , explained what had to be done and gave me a price . John did the repair straight away , he took the window out put new mechanism in and a new handle. He was very efficent and tidy . I highly recommend him .
