10Verified ReviewOur electiriciancalled us back after missing our call and we (mother and I)spoke on the phone. He asked for a video call to show him what was happening. He advised us what to do and callback if any issues. We had an issue and he said he would be with us by half 9. He arrived and we explained what we couldn't get unplugged (the washing machine) he pulled it out for us and therein was the problem. He identified that we had a leak and would need a plumber and was able to replace the damaged socket (isolated until we could sort out the water leak obviously). Very reasonably priced charge as well.

10Verified ReviewDan helped me quickly and efficiently when we accidentally went through a cable, he helped put my mind to rest by facetiming and reassuring me that I could use the rest of my electric just to keep the socket one off. The job was done great and he was even able to help remove an old cordstring light and filled in bits of plaster that had come away, everything was kept as tidy as could be After being let down by others, dan came round when promised and will be definitely be keeping his number for future jobs!
