    Ray responded really quickly to a request to investigate a low water pressure issue I had after installing a new tap in the kitchen. Ray arrived promptly and completed a thorough investigation into the potential cause of the issue. Along the way he found other issues with valves installed and replaced them quickly to a high standard. All in all, Ray responded quickly, identified issues and resolved them to a high standard. The price was very good too!
