    Contacted cooks about a floor after a slight flood had been told by flooring company they couldn’t fit new vinyl as floor needed to be replaced after sending photos and consultation with cooks was reassured this was not true and given some excellent advice on what to do at a fraction of the cost of a new floor. I would recommend them as a first contact for a building job or problem

  • Extension to replace old conservatory

    Adam and his team of contractors did a very good job replacing our old, leaky conservatory with a beautiful new dining room extension. We were kept well informed on all aspects of the job and the team were happy make small adjustments when asked e.G. Moving a light fitting, adding extra sockets. There were some issues with materials and delivery times (out of their control) but Adam always kept us apprised of any problems, he did his best to get things sorted in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased with the end result and have had positive comments from our neighbours.

Hello and welcome. My name is Adam Cooke and I own and run Cooke Construction and Renovation Ltd. I have been in construction for over 25 years. I have a group of tradespeople that work for me to bring you the customer, a high quality workmanship for you and your family. All the people that work for me are skilled tradespeople with over 25 years experience in all different trades. Myself I am a qualified carpenter . Having worked for a company for over 14 years I decided to start as a sole trader working for insurance for a few years doing restoration to flood and fire damaged properties. After this I then decided to start and run my own construction company. I now have 8-10 people working for me in an employed and self employed status.
