    I have worked in the construction industry all my life as I’m retired on this engage cool lofts to carry out my loft conversion. I can not find fault with the service provided . The workforce were hardworking ,clean,tidy,punctual and motivated .the work was completed on time to the agreed price and to a high quality.the same tradesman are used on all jobs making the process seamless .my wife and I are both very happy

    We chose Cool to do our large loft conversion because Rich spent time listening to what we wanted and making helpful suggestions to tweak our ideas. When his team turned up to start the work they were friendly, polite, hard-working and tidy. The guys, led by Stuart, were with us for 12 weeks from start to finish and they did a superb job. Communication was excellent and we always knew who was coming and when. Everyone we dealt with from the company was friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend Cool and would happily use them again for any other building work.

    Very pleased with the end result of my loft conversion. Good tradespeople and quality workmanship. The project was well organized and well managed by the foreman. I occsionally felt unneccessarily hurried to make decisons on my choice of products which resulted in one bad decision, by me, when choosing windows, which needed to be rectified at extra cost. Apart from that, a perfect job.

    We had a significant and complicated loft conversion undertaken by Cool lofts, wow wow wow on every single level. The incredible standard of work, I would say was perfectionism just blew us away. The superb project management and communication made the project stress free. The whole project was fantastic, constantly checking back with us against our requirements and expectations. We now have the most amazing space with two bedrooms and bathroom that we're thrilled with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Cool Lofts and the team in the future, we can't thank you enough.
