  The fitting took place October last year (apologies for such a late review). We found Ian second to none from the very start. Very helpful and supplying necessary information and sourcing of the item we required. Charger was fitted without fault with all work very tidy. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting an EV charger installed to use these guys 10/10

  I found Coolspot Ltd very informative and professional, installing the Zappi EV Charger installation for me and all related work. Explained things well to me, step by step and asked me where on my home I would prefer the installation. Also registering the Zappi and showing me how it works. Very tidy. Very much appreciated. Coolspot went above and beyond. Such a quality job and I am very pleased. I am glad I chose them to do the job for me. Thanks again Ian.

• Investigate a failing EV charger and replace with new.

  Ian was the only one of several electricians that I was contacted by to look at the job and explain what I needed to have done to get a consistently working EV charger. His work was carried out promptly and efficiently to a very high standard and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. He will be my number one pick for any future electrical work.

• Made it look easy

  Made installing the EV charging point a breeze. I couldn't be more pleased he approached it with understanding to my needs and consideration to go the extra mile wherever he could. Other electricians struggle in the tight space my board is in so if he did to, he certainly didn't let it be known. Punctual, friendly and with one eye on aftercare too; I won't hesitate to have Ian install my next EV charger when I move.

  Ian did a brilliant job of installing our EV charge point, he promptly put through an application to my local DNO and also worked along side them on the day whilst they upgraded my cut out fuse. He also helped me move around a cupboard and replaced everything back inside which was greatly appreciated would definitely recommend, thanks again Ian ??
