    Derek came out to us the day after me contacting him. He fixed our washing machine and gave great advice on anything I asked him about! The job he carried out was clean and thorough and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    Derek and his assistant were in the area and arrived within ten minutes. They ascertained the fault and had it resolved within twenty minutes. They then spent some considerable time making sure the Washing machine was firmly in place and wasn't causing any excessive vibration. Obviously it wasn't originally installed correctly. These guys were what I call old school, a rarity in this day and age! Courteous, respectful, professional and entirely reliable. Excellent service, and I would certainly use them again. Fair and commendable pricing.

    The gentleman that came was fantastic. So polite and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and ended up saving us from having to purchase a new machine. Fantastic service would highly recommend. The only downside was that he didn't bring his adorable dog in for a cuddle.
