    They completed the work when they said they would. They took before and after photos of the work, which was really helpful and reassuring. The reassurance was further increased but a guarantee on the works completed. Will certainly be using them for any other work and would highly recommend.

    My previous roofer kept letting me down (cancelled three times at the last minute). So came back to Checkatrade. Joe was first to respond and came round to assess the job within two hours. He gave me a detailed, written, quote and assured me that he would always honour an agreed date for a job. He was true to his word and completed the job, to perfection, on a sunny Sunday as he deemed this to be the perfect weather for the cement to dry. Oh - and he was very careful not to damage the newly installed solar panels (only a 2 foot gap between these and the lead flashing). Highly recommended.

    Ridge tiles cleaned, lifted and reset. Repaired and cleared guttering. Replaced facia board and took down old sky dish as a help to us. Good, clean,friendly , tidy workers. Professional work and took real pride in what and how they were doing.

However we at Coopers Complete Property Maintenance are still here for you, and still working. All team wear full PPE as standard to every job. We will obviously adhere to all social distancing requirements when visiting your property and are happy to carry out the work void of any physical contact with anyone in the household. We will call prior to any job, to discuss our processes, and see if there are any extra precautions you'd like for us to take. Payments can be made via card/bank transfer, and would be happy to discuss alternative methods should these be an issue. We are willing to do everything we can to ensure that our customer's feel safe having us work on their homes.
