• Repointing patio

  Initial repointing work undertaken promptly but some joints were missed and others crumbled quickly afterwards. They returned to repair but the wrong colour was used. We have now been waiting over 7mths for this to be rectified without success. Main reason given is the weather however this product is an all weather product. They have completed roof repairs for us previously, which were done well, however we can't recommend this company due to this ongoing issue.

  On a 1970s 4 bedroom detached house we had new soffits, fascias and guttering replaced, new felt across the whole roof and a new roof for a rear porch. Corinium used the latest techniques installing dry verges and dry coping on the top of the house roof eliminating the need for cement. The expertise and efficiency at which all this was accomplished was remarkable. Tom Boswell and his large team worked through the rain to finish all the jobs in less than a week. We could not have been more impressed, absolutely delighted. Highly recommended.

  The team did a fantastic job. The organisation of the job was professional and courteous with a fair quote. The men who did the work explained everything to me at a level of detail I could understand and demonstrated their knowledge and skill. They also showed me the old nest material that they removed, which justified my concerns that birds had nested inside the space between the tiles and the underfelt.

  From the outset, the service was excellent. Tom arrived as arranged and was polite, understood the problem and came up with a sensible, practical solution without any fuss. A very reasonable quotation was speedily offered, agreed and a date to carry out the job was arranged. On the date, the material and 2 first class fitters arrived and got started. By lunchtime the old roofing was off, and new panels were being installed. By 3.30pm the job was complete. The entire roof (15m x 5m) was done and the guttering re-aligned. All the old nails and bits were collected and removed. Highly recommended.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication and arrived spot on time to investigate problem and provide estimate. Once agreed they phoned to let me know when job was scheduled. When they came to repair the roof the team were very friendly and did a good job, explained what had been done and cleaned up. Couldn't fault them.
