  Shaun was very good at responding and communicating and attending promptly when arranged. Really good workmanship and good provision of dust sheets and the kitchen was left clean at the end of every day. Sam explained what was happening and when it was going to happen and then stuck to the plan so there was no nasty surprises. I had to ask Shaun to touch up the painting which he did very promptly and the overall result is brilliant. Will be recommending Shaun to others.

  It was a pleasure to work with Couzens Property Solutions and we would recommend them to anybody seeking a friendly and professional building job. As is normal with any building project I expect, we had some minor issues along the project in relation to the timing of certain work and reliance on other sub-contractors. However, I always felt the guys were doing their best and cared about delivering the right outcome.

  Shaun did a fantastic job on my mother in laws Kitchen refit. Prior to the fit, he made sure she understood exactly what she was getting and made sure it was suitable for her requirements. He managed all the other trades to ensure they carried out all the tasks seamlessly, ensuring everything went to time and plan, ensuring the kitchen was finished as planned. All in all a really good service and a very happy mother in law, double bonus! Highly recommended.

• 2 Storey Extension

  We had a 2 storey extension completed in September 2023. Couzens Property Solutions were extremely efficient through out the build from quotation to completion of the project. We didn't really know where to start with getting our extension built but Shaun and the team guided us through it seamlessly and we are really happy with the finished project. It's been a dream to settle into what feels like a new home for us. Thank you for all your help and assistance.
