• Garage Conversion With Small Extension

  Project involved converting existing Garage to utility room and cloak room. Very happy with end result, Joe did a great job, is a very experienced multi skilled builder but also used very good subcontractors used on our project including bricklayer, electrician and plasterers. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality, professional and friendly service.

• Quality Kitchen Install and Finish

  1st impressions were 100% correct, very reliable and experienced staff/labour to complete our kitchen on time and very a high quality finish. Works included demolishing dividing wall between kitchen and dining rooms, relocating boiler, new electrical lighting, removal and provision of new flooring, new fitted kitchen and final decorations….All to a high standard.

  Having previously had a new bathroom installed we had no hesitation to contact Coyne Build again for a quotation. They gave a very competitive quote and made some good suggetions on the install. The installation was carried out by Joe who was great, good listener any happy to work around us and any changes we wanted along the way. We had one issue but not with Coyne Build but the supplier of the worktops. Joe resolved this for us and would be able to explain what happed. I would recommend talking to Coyne Biuld before choosing worktops and suppliers.

• 2 x Bathroom remodel

  Completion of 2 new bathroom suites (main bathroom and smaller en-suite). The builders completed all the ripping out and then fitted the new suites + tiling and cleaned up at the end of the job. Extremely professional and punctual. Felt safe leaving them in the house, while I was at work and they were very helpful with design suggestions all the way through. Thank you again Coyne Build.
