  The company responded very quickly when I reported the issue and came out the same day to assess it. The job that needed doing was explained to me in detail so I knew exactly what it would entail. As promised the heating engineer came back the following day to replace the part that was faulty. The job was done very professionally, thoroughly and efficiently.
