    Dave provided us with detailed drawings for a home extension. He was excellent, really listening to our ideas and requests whilst adding his own suggestions. Dave has also managed our planning application and subsequent building control submission. The whole process was very smooth and professional with excellent, speedy communication throughout. In addition to the designs we were especially happy with the practical advice that Dave could provide, pointing out any potential issues. Would highly recommend.

    Dave Gill from Cranford Designs has been brilliant to work with throughout the process of discussions, design, technical drawings and planning permission for our part one, part two storey extension for our home. Everything has been clearly set out, well organised and he has guided us through each step of the process. The communication has been fantastic. We were expecting everything to take a very long time and have been pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and quickly it has all gone and pleased we are now at the point of beginning the building project a lot earlier than anticipated.

We have over 20 years of experience in submitting Planning and Building Control applications. Over these years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience on both domestic and commercial schemes.

Your project begins with an informal meeting to discuss what can and cannot be achieved. Its then followed by a detailed survey and design. We then work with you to ensure the design meets your needs and budget. We will then run the proposed scheme through Planning. After Planning we will put a full Building Control package together including full structural and thermal calculations along with a tender package if required. We can even introduce you to a selected group of builders that we have a longer working relationship with. During the build we will liaise with your nominated builder and assist when required.We work on all domestic and commercial projects ranging from garage and loft conversions through to house extensions, refurbishments, remodelling, new houses, flat conversions, shop and office applications and listed buildings.
