  We just had a new Worcester boiler relocated and fitted in our loft and new radiators fitted by Crawford Plumbing and Heating Engineers. From start to finish the service provided was first class. Bob gave us a very reasonable quote and was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and provided us with different options. We were so impressed with both Bob and Ryan who were very professional, trustworthy and friendly guys and as mentioned with a wealth of knowledge that allowed a very seamless process. We would 100% not hesitate to recommend and use Crawford Heating for all our future needs.

  Bob supplied and fitted a new Vaillant boiler to replace the aging one which had served well. From the first contact with him to completion of the work Bob was prompt, polite and courteous throughout. The work was carried out efficiently and with minimal mess even though work being required for a new condensate drain, something that wasn’t required on the old system. Sorry our external wall proved to be a very hard material. Would recommend Crawford Plumbing and Heating to others.

  Bob is reliable, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, tidy and friendly. Communication with him is great. He has visited us a few times over the last couple of years, installing a new oil fired boiler, yearly servicing and installation of an unvented tank. Best plumber by far and wouldn't use anyone else. A genuinely lovely guy.
