    We were extremely impressed with Ken and Creative Living. Ken is very professional, his workmanship is of the highest quality, he was efficient, punctual, friendly, respectful of our home (with imminent baby). Costs were as quoted and any extras were clearly explained with all options laid out. Ken’s experience was vital in helping us to maximise our space in the best and most practical way. The end result is amazing - a massive new kitchen/diner - with high quality workmanship and a premium finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Ken and will use him for our next project.

    We had a large rear kitchen extension on our 1930s house, Ken and his team did an excellent job we’re really pleased with it, it looks amazing, he liaised with our neighbours and the job run smoothly all on fronts from day one to completion. The guys on site were professional and great to deal with. We would definitely recommend Creative Living and Ken.

    Fantastic job, on time and great quality. The brief was to refurb my patents house on a tight budget to rent , which Creative Living delivered on. Kenny is so easy to work with, great with the neighbours and fab communication with me. 2nd job he has done for me - the first was on my own house to a top spec - such a great job that I asked for his help with the parents. Kenny has a great team of professionals working for him, and he effectively project managed the lot as well as pitching in where needed.

    We’ve been so impressed with Ken and his team and will be getting them back in to go more work for us in the future. We were dreading the disruption a bit but it was so much smoother (and less messy!) than we thought. The team were really kind and courteous and made sure we knew what was happening each day and how it would affect us. They worked really fast and really hard, and didn’t leave until the job was done. Ken was really meticulous about making sure everything was finished to a standard we were happy with, and cleaning up after the work. Highly recommend.

    Ken and his team are hardworking, polite and conscientious. From day 1 the team have gone the extra mile to deliver the project to a high standard. We had some pretty special requirements for heating and acoustic insulation which Ken took on board and accommodated. We were really pleased with how quickly we could see progress being made and the job was finished bang on schedule. Ken is very friendly, approachable and patient with all of our questions. Would definitely use him again!

Creative Living LE is a successful family run business with 35 year’s experience in the building industry. The company was set up by Ken O’Neill who works on every project with the team. We provide a professional value for money service and ensure that every job is completed on time and within budget. We are a growing business and specialise solely in Loft conversions and extensions.


Over the years our company has earned a reputation for excellent customer service and quality of end product. We have a strong passion for the work we do and building trusting relationships with the clients we work for.

We started from humble beginnings and now have moved on to specialise solely in the construction of extensions, specifically ‘’out the dirt type’’, and loft conversions only. This being the only type of work we undertake, we have become very efficient at it and complete every project on or ahead of time.


As a company we try to simplify the process of both design through to end build, we supply our clients with a comprehensive package of works which will include but are not limited to: Design elements, Project management, site management and procurement from project inception through to completion.
