  All round first class and excellent service. This was the first time we have used Crest Plumbing for larger works. Phil arranged appointments directly with the tenants to visit and then provided us with competitive quotes to replace very old boilers in 3 rental properties. He turned up exactly when he said, was respectful to the tenants and tidied up after. We had really good feedback about him and the quality of the work was spot on. I can highly recommend Crest Plumbing and will be using them for any plumbing and gas works in the future.

• Replacement gas boiler.

  We needed to replace and ancient gravity fed gas boiler installation that had been condemned. Phil was able to come up with a plan to remove the old system and replace with a modern Combi boiler. Phil did a fantastic job, efficient, tidy, engaging. Very professional. We will use Crest again for sure.

• New gas boiler installation

  We looked at few companies to install new boiler but Crest came on top. Phil came over twice before installation to advise on best way to fit our boiler with minimal visibility of pipework in the kitchen. He checked the heating system to ensure everything that was required would be covered in his work scope. Phil worked very hard over two days to accommodate all our requests, he was very thoughtful and worked around our needs as our son was unwell. He went above and beyond our expectations and delivered what was promised. His work was very neat and of high standards. Great guy, top service.

• Faulty radiator

  Came home to find upstairs radiator had fallen clean off the wall. Another company homecare unavailable ~ total waste of time . Called every local plumber in the love local directory (7) ~ no one answered . Got put through to Phil richardson at crest plumbing and heating 11am on bank holiday Sunday , even though he was away on holiday with his family . Spent 15 minutes reassuring me , explaining the issues , and recommending what I do next . Totally put my mind at rest so my husband &I can stop panicking . Will def ask him for a quote to do the job .
