  After trying to get a response from a previous plumber to no avail to fix new taps, I contacted Craig at CRG Plumbing & Heating via checkatrade, Craig replied to my request for a quote within 5-10 mins, then arranged to come out the same week. He arrived on time did the job was very polite and courteous and left everything tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely be using CRG Plumbing & Heating again 😊

  Craig gave an amazing efficient service. He came to solve the problem within 12hrs of reporting it. He communicated over msg to investigate the issue further so that he would have all equipment needed to prevent any delays. I sent pics over the phone and the issue was spotted by Craig immediately. • Replacement and repair of taps

  Craig responded to me request for a quote within half an hour. He was able to arrange to do the job two days later. He was very professional with his communication and work, arrived in time, worked quickly and cleanly and even offered to help us out with a couple of other problems. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Honestly, I wish all tradespeople could work like this. Thank you so much! We are really pleased with our new taps, inside and out and also having our radiator problem solved.

• Outside Tap

  After contacting for a quote to supply and fit an outside tap, I received a response minutes later. I was asked for a picture of where I would like the outside tap and was quoted an affordable and reasonable amount. Communication was excellent and Craig booked me in straight away with no fuss. On the day of the job he arrived on time, greeted me with a smile and had a professional attitude. Craig gave me advice on the tap maintenance and cleaned up after himself plus he even removed shoes without being asked. I would HIGHLY recommend!
