  • Conservatory floor was slopping towards the wall and there was a gap between the wall and the floor

    Sam identified the problem with the conservatory floor was caused by damp and spent time in locating the source of the damp. When it became apparent the extent of the problem was worse than originally thought , Sam offered me options in fixing the issue. Sam did not take short cut. The repair was done properly and of good workmanship. I am really pleased with the quality of his work. He also advised me what to look out for in the future to avoid return of the damp. Sam and his team worked hard and tidied the place up before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone.

Here at Cromar Construction we bring old school building traditions to new school tech and safety. Our workmanship and reputation is held in the highest regard.

Over the last decade alone we have built hundreds of houses and many extensions for some of the biggest house builders in the country to bespoke one off builds for individual customers. On our journey we have had the pleasure of working with many great people from all different trades some of whom now work for us.
