• Front door fitted

  Crystal Clear fitted our front door today and it looks amazing. We popped into see James and explained what we wanted, he was very patient with us whilst we chose design and glass via email and was very good when he popped out to see us as was Kevin with the survey. Today we had to great guys come and do the fitment, Jason and Kevin were great from the word go. Talking me through the little issues that crop up with an older property and the best way to get a great finish, offering advice and going the extra mile to give a great finish. They were also very considerate with the clean up leaving

  From the outset, my experience with Crystal Clear has been an excellent one. They have been so helpful, positive and professional. Everyone in the company was SO friendly - they honestly were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very proud of their family-run company and rightly so. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with them and I love my new door. The best customer care experience I've had for a long time.

  We got quotes with three other window companies. We had a new front door and 11 window inc. Two big bays. Crystal clear were strongly recommended to me by a colleague and I’m so glad they did. The sales process was transparent, informed and not pushy in any way. Nige was great to deal with. I also expected to have to do a lot of major making good but the in house fitters did a fantastic job and there were only a couple of slightly scuffed window boxes. They also helped me change a glass panel I had to put into my old bifold and were so helpful. Excellent company all round.

  Excellent experience with crystal clear from beginning to end. Sales people were a pleasure to talk to and not pushy. Good communication with the admin team. We had two people installing the windows which took a week and they did a really excellent job - they were polite, extremely hard working and efficient and can’t fault the finish.
