  Checkatrade removed my original review and can't quite remember exactly what I said. However John attended promptly and was extremely professional in completing the task and carried out other work having identified other plumbing problems and an issue with my boiler. Can't thank John enough for his help and will call on his services again without hesitation.

  Contacted CSI after being let down by 2 other companies. Came within 3 hours and fitted taps, and leak I was not aware of. On seeing my kitchen tap was lose attempted to tighten, only t find tap had never been fitted properly originally. This was longest job but he got it done. Also noticed pressure on boiler was low so fixed and gave me advice. Can't thank John enough as he saved my day, fixed everything and was so professional, pleasant and was so tidy. Brilliant.

• Central Heating System Leak trace & repair

  Initial job was for a leak trace & repair but on the morning of, a secondary issue became apparent with the boiler. John was so professional and kept me updated throughout. The leak issue was such a stress having just recently sold our home and we had previously been quoted in excess of 1k by a leak detection company (excl repairs) and had someone else try (and fail) to resolve the issue previously. Not only did John find the leak, he repaired it same day aswell as the secondary issue savings us £££s! Genuinely can't thank you enough John - we're so grateful you replied to our job post!!

• Boiler repair & leak trace

  Initial job was a leak trace and repair on our central heating however, prior to John arriving, a secondary issue arose. John was so professional and informative throughout; his patience and determination in not only sourcing the leak but repairing it AND the secondary issue on the day was nothing short of remarkable! We had been so stressed about it all having recently sold our home and, initially received a quote in excess of 1k from a track and trace company (excl repairs). Not only did John resolve the issue on the day for us, but he saved us so much £ in doing so-Thank you doesn't cut it!
