    Plumber arrived about prearranged time. Went straight to bathroom and got to work, turned off water supplies to old taps, removed old ones and replaced with my pre-purchased replacement taps. Tightened the old pipework connecting nuts to the threaded stems on new taps. Turned on the water, checked visually for leakage. (None apparent 2 hrs afterwards). He accept the agree fee and said to contact them if any problems developed. Invoice to be emailed. Beats me crawling about under the bath. All done in a hour. Satisfied.

Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team of trusted colleagues with a combined experience of 10 + years, who communicate and work together well. Our customers often comment that every colleague they interact with is approachable and friendly; we find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout and high end quality results.
