    Problems with a main entry lock. He first tried lubricating the lock with graphite which seemed to work initially. However, there was no guarantee of how long this might last. He was sincere in his assessment and I considered a new lock to be a better option. He fitted this explaining the benefits of the lock and the guarantee. His workmanship was clean and tidy and he did a good job. I would highly recommend this this tradesman. The pricing was very fair and reasonable for an emergency callout. Here within a hour and a half.
