    Ian is an old-fashioned professional, really knows his stuff. He showed up when he said he would, assessed what the job would need, and gave us a clear quote and start date. He did the work exactly as planned, with a minimum of disruption -- which was challenging as he needed to come through the house to get to the exterior wall, and then get up on top of a conservatory -- and tidied up when he was done. Highly recommended!
