Repointing, fixing flashing, replacing ridge tile..

Didn’t show up to appointment, called and to be fair did arrive shortly after and apologetic… Quick assessment of the work to be carrried out, said a quote would be arriving following week, which it didn’t.. chased up quote to be told “sorry jobs not for us, we’re a bit too busy”.. I asked why, no real explanation, I asked if they could recommend anyone to be told no. Complete waste of a week with a disorganised operation.

Did show up for the appointment, agreed that we were 30 minutes late and apologised to the customer and explained that we had double booked this quotation. On reflection of the job, it wasn’t for us, and we reserve the right to decline any work that is requested. When asked why we could not carry out the job, we advised that we are currently extremely busy. We were asked if we would recommend anyone else, we did say no and our reasoning for this is that we cannot guarantee anybody else’s work. We did advise, as per the work request, that we would not be able to do this job. We are sorry that this inquiry did not go as well for this customer as it could have done.
