    James was very quick to respond to an initial enquiry, turned up when he said he would to price the job. My parents and I felt very comfortable with James and his colleague and we agreed a price and a date to start work organised. The week before James contacted me to say they’d be one day later starting the work as adverse weather had delayed the job they were working on, so we were kept informed. James and his team worked well, they were courteous, polite and respectful to my elderly parents at all times. All work done to a high standard and id definitely recommend this company to others
