    Truely outstanding company. High quality in every aspect of their work. Delivered to budget on a significant project. Huge amount of pride in their work. Never missed a day in a year long build project!! Cannot believe how lucky we were to get Dion and his team. He provides great advice on build issues or opportunities and we developed a great relationship with him built on trust. Having sacked a plumber and getting messed around with other unreliable tradesmen it was great to have to a reliable builder on site.

    We used D10 Developments for an extension to our bungalow. From the first enquiry through to the completion of the build, Dion and his team looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. Dion and Harry are hard working, reliable and honest people, who’s standard of work is second to none. They will be our first call if we need any future building work. Highly recommended.

    Dion and Harry were absolutely amazing. Exceptional quality builders, great attention to detail and very friendly. They became part of the family and we have kept in touch since. The project was not a typical extension as they had to rectify some previous shoddy work carried out by another builder. No problem for these guys though! D10 went above and beyond throughout the project. Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped deliver our new sofa when the sofa company couldn't get it through the door! All in all, we are so happy with their work, but also sad they had to leave.

We are happy to quote for smaller jobs too, including groundworks (we have our own excavator), brickwork walls, plastering, all roofing work and joinery.
