• Complete Kitchen Refurbishment

  A new kitchen was assembled and fitted after tiled flooring was laid. The quality of work was very high and I was extremely pleased with the finished look of the kitchen. Liam was thorough, methodical, tidy and very professional in his approach to the work. I have used Liam's services before and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of building service.

• Refurbishment of 2 Bedroom Flat

  In the refurb hardwood and tiled flooring was laid. The loft hatch was replaced, shower room was completely refurbished as well as kitchen. Fitted drawers made and put into closet space, flat-pack wardrobe assembled and installed. Old wallpaper removed from entire property and walls prepared for painting throughout. Skirting boards and architraves replaced throughout property. Doors removed and re-hung following completion of full refurb. Very happy with the results of the work carried out by Liam and George. The work was thorough and finished to a very high standard in a professional manner.

• Basement extension with new kitchen, living room, bathrooms and utility

  Liam and his team were appointed as the contractor for our project to combine two properties into one family dwelling including constructing a new extension down into the basement. I am pleased to state that the extension and reconfiguration were carried out robustly and with great attention to detail. We have been very impressed with the overall professionalism of Liam and the skills and approach of the team working for us. Not only did Liam and his team do an excellent job delivering the project, but were also an invaluable help throughout the process, helpful, polite, proactive and fair.

  Would recommend Liam’s services entirely - his quality of work is fantastic, he pays great attention to detail, is mindful of additional work to take place and he was respectful of the work area and my home with regard to cleanliness and maintaining quality of environment. He was consistent and clear in his communication, and was a huge help in solving problems! All quoting was accurate and felt very reasonable.
