    Paul was amazing from start to finish. I contacted Paul after having a Home Buyers report completed on a property that I was purchasing which had damp. Paul went to survey the extent of the damp within a day of me having contacted him. Paul have me a no obligation free quote and thoroughly explained what work was needed. The house sale took longer than expected but Paul kept in touch. Paul was able to come and complete the damp course the day after I collected the keys. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. Paul tidied any mess. I would absolutely recommend Paul.

    From start to finish, the professionalism and care taken by DCM was amazing. The first assessment put me at ease as the presence of Rising Damp in my home was fully demonstrated; Paul was very thorough and even came out again to explain further options. Phone calls, emails and messages were answered swiftly and timings were stuck to. When the extensive work was carried out, Paul and Neil did their very best to put me at ease and did a brilliant job at tidying up at the end of each day. Their quote was competitive to other companies I had made enquiries with but customer care was outstanding.

Arrived on time, worked tidily and respectful ensuring that my home was subjected to as little disruption as possible. The survey was carried out within days of our initial conversation and Paul took the time to explain the results of the survey and the subsequent work to be done, along with a very reasonable quote. We intend to go ahead with the work needed as soon as the house is ready, as we know DCM to be reliable and brilliant to work with.
