    I highly recommend the damp repair services provided by Paul and his team. Paul was professional, efficient, reassuring and thorough in addressing all the issues. The team also left our house tidy after works were completed! I am very satisfied with the low maintenance, stress-free experience and happy with the results so far.     Paul arranged to view the property once in the area. Since has been impossible to communicate with. Have messaged several times over several weeks and will not respond other than to ask who I was. At no point replied to say when he will send the report, or to even say if he will no longer do the report. Can’t understand why he can’t just respond to calls or messages. Poor experience on just the simplest of communication. Have no idea if they do a good job or survey, they may well? I needed the information, and not being forthcoming was quite frustrating

    Paul's chaps (Stuart, Alex and Adam) sorted out the damp in my hall and remodelled the hall floor. They were absolutely wonderful, arrived promptly, were efficient, courteous and friendly and worked hard. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in fact have asked Paul to quote for some smaller jobs to be done later in the year.
