    We have welcomed Dean and Pete back to build another extension for us because we had such a positive experience with work they have carried out previously for us. Dean and Pete started the job on the agreed start date, they both arrive at the job ready to start at 8am every day. The ground work for the foundations went smoothly and to plan with little impact on the household. Dean and Pete take pride in their workmanship and I know behind the scenes detailed planning and coordination takes place to ensure the build remains on schedule. Dean and Pete will always leave the site tidy.

  • Completion of Extension

    Dean and Peter completed our home extension (a double side, double back, and additional single storey back extension) at the start of November 2023. Work began on the 13th April including demolishing our previous extension, completing all the building work, electrics, plumbing, roofing, glazing, and project management. The work came in slightly under budget and only 10 days later than initially planned for. Given some extensions in the local area are months behind schedule, we were over the moon to have such a high quality build done on time and budget. Really impressive.

    D and P Home Improvement specialists were great from the start - Highly recommend. Excellent communication arranging initial appointment, arrived on time, took measurements and provided a quote quickly. Started work when they said they would. Always kept neat and tidy. Friendly service with regular progress updates. Very happy with their standards.

    D and P ensured our entire property (existing and new extensions) was replastered prior to decoration. This was done at a pretty rapid pace. During this process we also made a few minor alterations to our internal room configurations (e.G. Moving one bedroom wall to increase the size of our landing area) which D and P were able to accommodate around the plastering. Nothing was ever an insurmountable problem and they were always able to provide helpful and insightful ideas. The plastering was done to a very high standard - really can't fault it!
